  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details (where applicable).

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • NutraTattva may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional campaigns, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any orders on NutraTattva. All orders must be prepaid using the available online payment options at checkout. NutraTattva reserves the right to enable or disable COD in the future without prior notice.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your order.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Re-shipping in such cases may incur additional charges.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses, including correct pin codes and contact numbers.

NutraTattva is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
