1. Order Cancellation

a) Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.

b) Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Customers may refer to the return or replacement conditions below, where applicable.

2. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of nutraceutical and consumable products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.

a) Eligible for Return / Refund

Returns or refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is defective
  • An incorrect product was delivered

In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

b) Not Eligible for Return / Refund

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Request made after 48 hours of delivery
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor variations in packaging or labeling

3. Refund Processing

  • Once a refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI, as applicable.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).
